Atlanta police need the public’s help identifying a man they say robbed a pedestrian Aug. 18 at gunpoint.
The victim told police he was walking in the 300 block of Cherokee Avenue that evening when he was approached by two men in a car and another who was on foot. The man who was not in the vehicle stole the victim’s wallet after threatening to shoot.
The victim was not harmed and was able to leave the scene.

Atlanta police released a video Thursday of a July robbery of a service station in the 3400 block of Northside Parkway.
Around 10 a.m. on July 28, the cashier of the station was counting money from the register and planned to take it to the bank, according to an incident report. Another worker was manning the other register. Atlanta police are looking for a two people who reportedly stole a vehicle at gunpoint at Centennial Olympic Apartments on Monday evening. Authorities released surveillance video of one of the suspects Thursday.
A woman had just arrived at the apartment complex Monday when she was forced at gunpoint to give the suspects all of her things, including her car keys, according to the incident report. The two reportedly drove away in her car, and she and a witness called the police.

Smyrna police responded to an armed robbery at the Wells Fargo in the 3200 block of South Cobb Drive around 2:30 Thursday afternoon.
The suspect, an 18-to-24-year-old black male about 5-foot-6, entered the bank and handed a teller a demand note, authorities said. The teller then gave the man an undisclosed amount of money and he left in a silver vehicle, according to police.
The man was wearing a baggy, gray Louisiana State University T-shirt, blue jeans and a light-colored baseball hat.

A bank robbery at an Atlanta Wells Fargo Bank Tuesday morning is being investigated by law enforcement officials.
The takeover style robbery took place around 10:15 a.m. at the 3000 block of Peachtree Road location, according to the Atlanta FBI field office. Three armed suspects reportedly announced the robbery while forcing customers to the ground and vaulting a teller.
The three made off with an undisclosed amount of money in an unidentified vehicle.

Atlanta police have released sketches of a man and woman who allegedly robbed two pedestrians near the 400 block of Decatur Street in the Old Fourth Ward.
On June 15, around 4:30 a.m., two people were standing outside talking when they were approached by a man and a woman, who were both armed. After robbing the pedestrians of their personal belongings, the two fled in an early 2000s gold or silver sedan.

Atlanta police are searching for the man who robbed a CVS on Saturday and got away with about $2,500.
The incident happened at the pharmacy at 3788 Roswell Road.
A man with a black handgun forced a cashier and a manager to go to the office where the money and safes were located, police said. The manager was ordered to open both safes and put the money into a gray coupon bag with CVS written on it, according to the incident report.
