Atlanta police need your help finding a 49-year-old woman who has not been seen in 17 days.
Shelia “Jackie” Hullens, who is unable to speak, was last seen Oct. 5 on a bus in the 800 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, police said Wednesday morning. She was headed to a Walmart when she got off the bus near the intersection of Joseph E. Boone Boulevard and James P. Brawley Drive, police said.
Hullens, who is 5-foot-7 and 165 pounds, may be with a black woman known as “Juicy,” police said.

A Mattie’s Call for a Powder Springs man was canceled Thursday night after he was found in good health in Brunswick.
David J. Berta, 75, had last been seen leaving his residence Wednesday afternoon with his dog, according to Cobb County police.
His family was notified after he was found, police said.

A bomb threat at Forest Park High School in Clayton County has led to the evacuation of the school while it is being checked out.
The threat came in at about 3:10 p.m. Tuesday, right around closing time, Clayton Schools spokeswoman Vicki C. Gavalas said.
Students who ride school buses are being sent home on their regular buses. Students who drive or walk are being evacuated to G. P. Babb Middle School, 5500 Reynolds Rd.

The lock downs at Alcovy High School and Liberty Middle School in Covington have been lifted. The schools were was put on lockdown Thursday while authorities investigated a violent threat a student allegedly posted on Facebook.
The Newton County sheriff told Channel 2 Action News the male student has been identified and was being questioned.
Officials don’t believe there is a danger to any students at this time.

Riverdale Middle School students got an extra-long day thanks to a bomb threat that was called in about 15 minutes before school got out Monday afternoon, said Vicki Constantinides of Clayton County Schools.
Consequently, the students were marched to a nearby library, organized by class, and transported to a recreation center, Constantinides said.
Parents picked up most of the kids, others went home by bus and some regular walkers walked, Constantinides said. By 8:15 p.m., school officials were waiting on parents for the few who were left.

Authorities are investigating after a SunTrust bank ATM in Henry County was compromised.
Information from customers who used the ATM at 942 Highway 81 East in McDonough on Aug. 1 between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m may have been exposed to a copying data device and a hidden camera , Henry County police said.
Investigators said 225 customers have been affected.
Customers should check their accounts and notify the bank immediately if they notice any irregularities. They should also report any fraudulent activity to their local law enforcement agency or the Henry County police at 770-288-8200.

Hiram police are looking for a man who is accused of destroying a woman’s cell phone before stealing her car.
Police say on Aug. 8, Zachary Ryan Shipp approached a woman who was pumping gas at a convenience store on Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway and asked to borrow her cell phone. The woman said shortly after she gave Shipp the phone, he threw her Samsung Galaxy III on the ground. Gwinnett police are trying to identify a man who had a medical emergency Tuesday in Duluth.
The man experienced cardiac arrest on the side of S. Old Peachtree Road near Lou Ivy Road, according to a news release from the Gwinnett County Police Department. The man was taken to Gwinnett Medical Center – Duluth, where he remains in critical condition.

Fayette County sheriff’s deputies are looking for a man they suspect of breaking into more than two dozen cars in recent days.
According to a news release from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, approximately 22 vehicles were entered in the Shenandoah Estates subdivision off Old Highway Sunday. Deputies responding to the area encountered a man carrying several items, but he fled on a bicycle.
Police discovered a second set of 12 vehicles in the nearby Newton Plantation subdivision on Wednesday that had also been entered.
Most of the vehicles may have been unlocked at the time of the thefts, according to the release. [More]

The lookout for a missing child was canceled Friday night after the boy was found safe, Atlanta police said.
Authorities were asking for help to find Szevin Glawson of Covington, who had last been seen at the Boys & Girls Club in the 400 block of Lovejoy Street around 6 p.m. Thursday.
He was found in good health, police said.
